2. Acceptance of Terms

5. No Warranties

FlowPro makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or fitness of any contractor or their work. We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area or that you will receive a response following a referral.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowPro shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our referral service, including but not limited to damages resulting from the work performed by any contractor you are connected with through our network.

7. Phone Calls and Communications

By calling our referral number, you consent to being connected with and contacted by independent plumbing contractors. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Standard call rates from your carrier may apply.
